James Higdon
Managing Director
James has a wealth of Land and Planning experience. Prior to setting up HHL, James held senior Land and Planning positions at Bellway Homes, Barratt Developments and Larkfleet Homes. Since 2012, James has been fully comitted to HHL and overseen all of the previous developments listed.
Alan Bray
Partner (Commercial)
Alan has a wealth of PLC experience primarily within the Commercial function, but also Land, Planning, Pre Development, Techincal and Construction diciplines over the last 20 years, with a Regional and Group Commercial Director role at Bovis Homes, and senior management roles within Taylor Wimpey and Cavanna Homes.
Shaune Hicks
Partner (Operations)
Shaune has in excess of 30 years industry experience, including setting up a new South West Region for Larkfleet Homes, building the region to a delivery of over 200 homes PA, through to the recent aquisition and re-branding to ‘Allison Homes’. Prior to this Shaune held senior management roles at Crest Nicholson and Taylor Wimpey.
